Baked potato (Resipi Hana)

"Kalu nk naikkan berat badan, makanlah potato byk2," kata Cikgu Azah. Tp dah berkilo dah makan potato awat x naik2 pun? Utk pengetahuan tuan2 & puan2, ultramama ni agak kurus orgnye. So, kalu ada petua nk berisi, akan segera dicoba oleh diriku ini...

Sedikit info mengenai potato:

All potatoes are good sources of potassium, niacin, fibre and vitamin C. If you can, cook it without removing the skin. They're rich in fibre & iron.

(bila tengok potato ni, teringat lak begedil, Kak Faridah! akan kutuntut begedilku itu...he!he!)

    nak buat lagumano ultramama weh..keturunan kito metabolisme tinggi eheh..tapi tak tau lah kut catlina gemuk kut lepas beranak..:)
